The demolition of the existing single storey garage to side of existing house and construction of a new detached three storey dwelling with dormer window to the rear along with the alterations to existing boundary walls to incorporate a relocated vehicular entrance to the existing dwelling onto Northway Estate, creation of a new vehicular entrance onto Northway Estate to serve the new dwelling and creation of a new pedestrian entrance onto Northway Estate from the rear of the new dwelling along with all associated site works.
