THE DEVELOPMENT WILL PROVIDE HIGH SPEED VOICE AND BROADBAND SERVICES FOR TWO OF IRELANDS MOBILE OPERATORS, NAMELY EIRCOM (T/A EIR) AND THREE IRELAND. THIS APPLICATION RELATES TO PART OF THE LANDS WITHIN THE NORTH LOTTS AND GRAND CANAL DOCK STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE (SDZ).
