The proposed development will consist of modifications to the development granted under Application Register Reference 24/5272 to comprise: (1) A 238sqm single storey extension to the western side of the permitted showrooms. (2) Two new entrance lobbies with canopies over to front. (3) A new totem sign (6.65m x 1.5m). (4) The rearrangement of the permitted internal layout to consolidate office and administrative areas, with associated elevational changes to side and rear. (5) All associated servicing, drainage and site and development works.
