The construction of 2 no. light industry/warehousing units (change of plan of the development permitted under 21/6427 (ABP-313508-22)), as amended under 24/5427). The change of plan proposes the subdivision of 1 no. single-storey light industry/warehousing unit (Unit B2) to provide 2 no. light single-storey industry/warehousing units (units B2 & B3). The proposed unit B2 will include an ancillary two-storey office area with associated new entrance door and fire escape door at ground floor and new fenestration on the ground and first floor north and east elevations. The proposed unit B3 will include an additional floor (2nd floor) and a corresponding increase in height of the roof to the permitted ancillary two-storey office area, with the parapet to match the permitted building parapet height, and additional fenestration on the second floor north, south and east elevations. The proposed development will also include amendments to the permitted cladding on the east elevation; additional signage to the north and east elevations; modifications to the permitted cycle parking, and all site development and drainage works.
