PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development consisting of a new side extension to east gable at first and second floor returns of 17 Ailesbury Road ( A Protected Structure), Dublin 4 D04 T9Y3. The works will comprise of a new bedroom and ensuite at first floor return linked to existing staircase via new hall with laundry room off and new ensuite to the second floor return level opening off existing bedroom 4. The proposed new works will be constructed above an existing 2 storey return extension. Works will include roof repairs to the existing front porch, new windows to the side return and extending all mechanical and electrical services. New drainage works will connect to the existing system with minor associated landscaping works.
