The development will consist of planning permission for • Demolition of rear annexes to existing dwelling; • Construction of single-storey extensions to the rear; • Refurbishment and alteration of the existing dwelling; • Change of use of adjacent outbuilding from agricultural to residential use, to be incorporated and connected to existing house to form a single dwelling; • Demolition of detached shed; • Change of use of detached outbuilding from agricultural to ancillary residential use, incidental to the dwelling, to provide a garden room • Construction of a new vehicular entrance onto the public road; • Installation of a new domestic wastewater treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site works.
