Planning Permission is sought for works to the existing two-storey mid terraced dwelling, in an Architectural Conservation Area, at 78 Hollybrook Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03 FH00 for Mr. James Hanna. The proposed works include the demolition of an existing single storey shed to the rear garden. Construction of a new single-storey extension to the rear and side of the existing return. Conversion of the existing attic space and construction of a dormer window to the rear, installation of two east-facing rooflights to the rear of the main house, and one rooflight to south facing roof of the return. Construction of a garden storage area to side boundary wall, replacement of rear boundary wall and relocation of existing pedestrian entrance to rear and all associated landscaping and site works.
