PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: • Part removal of ground floor external wall of the return to rear of protected structure to facilitate new ground floor extension. • Construction of new single storey extension to rear. •Adjustment of cill level to bedroom window in rear return and replacement of contemporary window. •The proposal also includes all associated roof lights, landscaping, boundary treatment, site engineering and works necessary to facilitate the development.
