1) the re-construction of part of the fire damaged single storey detached dwelling, including the re-building of the demolished utility and living room and the first floor attic and roof structure; 2) changes to the existing elevations to include new and larger windows and the application of external wall insulation to the full perimeter of the dwelling; 3) the addition of new velux rooflights to the rear roof; and all associated site works.
