HRP Construction Limited are applying for planning permission for the construction of 8 no. 2 storey, 2 bed housing units on a site at Scarteen Street Newmarket T.D and Scarteen Lower Newmarket Co. Cork, vehicular access is proposed via the development permitted under Planning Reference 20/6272. Planning permission is also sought for the provision of 9 no. car parking spaces, drainage works, covered bicycle spaces, bin stores, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development works. There is a Natura Impact Statement submitted with the planning application.
