Permission for alterations to development previously permitted per reg. ref. 23/4296 at Ballynamuddagh, Ballyhooly, Co. Cork. The alterations include a) the construction of dwelling house to revised design and site position and b) the retention as constructed of existing home office, home gym and storage area (previously permitted as a domestic garage) ancillary to the main dwelling. The demolition of the existing derelict dwelling, installation of waste water treatment system and construction of new site entrance are unchanged from those permitted per reg. ref. 23/4296.
