Permission for the demolition of an existing wall and the construction of an extension to an existing Community Food Services Facility to provide for food storage and food preparation area and staff changing areas. The proposed development also includes the provision of a new access road to the rear of the existing facility, and all associated site development works at the James O’Keeffe Memorial Institute, Demesne (Townland), Newmarket, Co. Cork The works will be carried out within the curtilage of Newmarket House which is included on the Record of Protected Structures (where it is referred to as ‘James O'Keeffe Memorial Institute (Newmarket House)’, RPS No. 00162).
