Permission for the construction of:- a) a new detached single-storey dwelling with attached garage and store area, b) a new combined vehicular entrance to serve the proposed dwelling and the existing neighbouring dwelling to the north-east, c) new bio-filtration unit and potable well and d) new waste water treatment unit to serve existing dwelling house and e) re-location of existing field gate to preserve access to green field and all associated site works.
