Permission for retention of a change of use from existing commercial/shop premises and associated yard to use as a commercial car garage which will include for the sale, repair and servicing of cars and commercial vehicles, staff/welfare areas and ancillary offices. Permission for retention is also sought for any external building alterations, associated external signage and all associated site works.
