Planning permission for the following: (i) Change of use of 5no. existing permitted storage tanks on site from the storage of molasses to the storage and distribution of HVO (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil) fuel, (ii) raising of bund wall by 250mm, (iii) removal of existing former switch room building, (iv) new soft landscaping to replace existing graveled areas, which facilitates the removal and relocation of underground storm sewer infrastructure including 10,000 litre class 1 interceptor and associated steel cabinet from this area, (v) new foul treatment system and, (vi) all other associated site development and drainage works. The development to be retained consists of (i) existing alterations to tank farm bund structures, (ii) 2no. existing bottom loading skid areas and gantry structures for the offloading of fuel, (iii) existing group of generators, battery storage, and other plant structures, (iv) Construction of existing 2no storey facility building (GFA c53.5sqm) and bollards, (v) Existing c2.5m palisade mesh, post fencing and entrance gates (vi) & all associated existing site development, ground finishes, and drainage works.
