Permission to alter and extend derelict cottage consisting of the following: 1) Remove existing galvanized steel roof and re-construct a new slate/tile roof at a higher level. 2) Remove chimney breast and remove part of the rear wall. 3) Construct new flat roof extension to rear of the property. 4) It is proposed to use existing connections to public services and all associated site works.
