Demolition of A) existing single storey ‘lean to’ extension (Area=23.60 sq.m) and ‘lean to’ canopy, B) portion of site boundary wall with gateway to south west of site, C) removal of existing roof to existing dwelling house, D) partial demolition of roof, lower and upper wall to south facade of existing dwelling, E) removal of existing window and door on west facade and gable ends, F) partial demolition of existing roof to attached outbuilding to allow for relocated skylight, G) decommission existing septic tank. Alterations to dwelling house to include; H) new lime render to external walls, I) partial lowering of finished floor level internally from FFL:2.34 to FFL:2.04, J) remove and repair exiting sash windows, K) remove and replace existing selected doors with new windows to attached outbuilding. Construction of L) 1 no. new single extension to existing dwelling house, M) new vehicular entry with 1 metre high walls on south west of site with associated new driveway, N) new roof structure with new slates, O) new Velux type window to first floor and roof on south façade, P) new window on west façade, Q) new upstand wall with windows to existing opes on gable ends, R) make good roof to section of relocated sky light on attached outbuilding , S) new on site domestic wastewater treatment system and T) all associated site and landscaped works
