The development will consist of: (i) the amalgamation of the ground floor retail units to provide for a single retail unit (c. 518 sq.m GFA) including an ancillary alcohol sales area (c. 30 sq.m); (ii) minor external alterations to the shopfront elevation to include bi-parting entrance door, signage and vinyl window coverings; (iii) associated plant area to be located in the undercroft car park and; (iv) internal fit out works, ancillary site services and site development works.
