Permission for the extension and alterations to existing dwelling house to include the following: a) changes to existing north-west elevation to include bay windows at ground and first floor levels and balcony at first floor level. b) installation of new windows to north-east and south-west elevations, c)construction of single storey extension to rear of house together with re-configuration of internal layout, d) form recessed area to front boundary to facilitate car parking/EV charging space and bin store together with construction of new retaining wall, e) re-locate pedestrian entrance to north-eastern side of site, f) installation of waste water treatment plant and connection to existing foul drainage discharge pipe, g) all associated site works including upper patio area, link bridge and retaining wall to rear garden.
