The development will consist of (i) Demolition of existing single storey extension to rear of dwelling; (ii) Construction of new two storey extension to rear of dwelling; (iii) Construction of new single storey extension to side of dwelling; (iv) Internal and external alterations and reconfiguration to accommodate the proposed development; (v) The proposal also includes all associated rooflights, landscaping, boundary treatment, site engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
