Bellmount Developments Ltd intend to apply for Planning Permission for a proposed residential development at Bellmount Lower, Crookstown, Co. Cork. The development will consist of the construction of 4 No. detached dwelling houses. The proposed development will also include, new internal driveways, car parking, landscaping, boundary treatments, surface water drainage, foul water treatment by means of individual on-site wastewater treatment plants with sand polishing filters, and all associated site development works. All works are within the curtilage of a protected structure.
