Permission to retain 1) Alterations to dwelling granted under planning Reference No. 18/7100, including increased floor area, addition of windows and modifications to window and door sizes and locations, altered ridge height, and change of external finish from natural stone to smooth plaster on three elevations, 2) Retaining walls constructed along the northern, eastern and western site boundaries, 3) Garage for domestic use and 4) Relocation of vehicular entrance and all associated site works.
