Mortimer We Re Back Limited intend to apply to Cork County Council for amendments to the previously permitted under Cork County Council, Large-scale Residential Development, Planning Reference 22/5839 & all associated site development works at The Ivy, Water Rock Manor, Water – Rock (townland), Midleton, Co. Cork. The proposed amendments are the following: • Design changes to House Types at No. 24 & 25 The Ivy, Water Rock Manor from two Semi-Detached Houses to two number detached houses. • House Nos. 26 & 27 The Ivy, Water Rock Manor to make amendments to elevations and internal layouts • House Nos. 14-21, 28-29 & 31&32 The Ivy, Water Rock Manor to make amendments to elevations and associated internal changes. • House Type L’s at Nos. 30 & 33, The Ivy, Water Rock Manor to alter previous granted elevations and to amend floor area of each dwelling
