Planning Permission is sought for alterations to the previously granted planning application number 22/5716. The development will consist: A) the construction of an extension to the existing dwelling house. B) The decommissioning of the existing septic tank and installation of secondary wastewater treatment unit and polishing filter, C) The construction of a domestic shed. The proposed work will also include all the necessary ancillary site works at Rathcullen, Templemartin, Bandon, Co Cork P72DV27.
