Permission for Retention for extension to side and rear of existing cottage building and Permission for:- 1) demolish existing side porch, 2) single storey extension to rear of dwelling with external covered area, 3) internal & external alterations to existing dwelling, 4) new sewerage system to replace existing septic tank, 5) alteration works to existing roadside boundary wall to include new site entrance and extended roadside wall, 6) new detached garage and detached car port and 7) all associated works.
