1) Permission for Retention for the change of use of permitted garage under planning ref. no. 20/4963 to use as a residence for a temporary period and variations to the permitted garage elevations and floor plans including the increase in ground floor area and the provision of a first floor, 2) Permission to convert this temporary residence in item 1 above to a domestic garage, 3) Permission to construct a dwelling house along with all associated site development works.
