Permission is sought for amendments to previous Grant of Permission (Ref 22/5622). Amendments to include (i) Partial Demolition of existing 2-storey Annex to provide single-storey structure with new flat roof, (ii) Construction of new single-storey flat roof Glazed Link to connect existing Cottage to (iii) Existing concrete structure (granted retention and repurpose under previous permission) to be converted to habitable accommodation as an extension to existing dwelling to provide living and utility space with terrace over (iv) Revised internal layout of existing cottage with new windows and doors to historic details, and (v) Revised landscaping including new ramp and steps to existing front of cottage and provision of a new carparking space to northwest of cottage with all associated site works.
