Permission for Retention of:- a) The removal of a section of the roadside boundary, b) The excavation of the land to the east of the existing dwelling, c) The expansion of the yard area and removal of trees and Permission to construct a detached double garage with a first floor loft storage and office area at the side of existing dwelling and for all associated site works including the erection of a new section of road boundary wall.
