Permission for a residential development and all associated site development works at Macroom Road and Cork Road, Knockbrogan, Bandon, Co. Cork. The proposed development includes the construction of 34 no. residential units comprising of 14 no. dwellings (6 of which have an option of a 2 or 3 bedrooms) and 20 no. duplex units, car parking; bicycle parking and bin stores. The proposed site development works include: the undergrounding of a section of the 38kv overhead line currently traversing the site; new vehicle accesses from both the Macroom and Cork Roads; the provision of pedestrian crossings at the Macroom and Cork Road.
