Permission to:- (a) Demolish single storey projections to the north west and south east elevations of the existing two storey dwelling, (b) Demolish existing chimney stack from the existing dwelling house. (c) Raise the eaves level of the existing two storey dwelling roof, (d) Construct new two storey extension and single storey porch to the south east side of the existing two storey dwelling, (e) Minor alterations to fenestration of the existing south west, south east and north west elevations, (f) Construction of a new vehicular entrance, (g) install a new wastewater treatment unit, percolation area and all associated site works.
