Installation of a fixed canopy structure over the existing balcony. The structure is to be securely anchored to the external wall and supported by 2 posts at the outer edge where required. The roof covering will consist of translucent or lightly frosted polycarbonate panels, designed to provide weather protection while allowing natural light in. The system will include integrated rainwater management.
