PROTECTED STRUCTURE : The works comprise the demolition of existing non-original single storey extension and garage to the rear and the construction of a new single-storey extension in their place . Internal alterations include the insertion of an en-suite bathroom to the existing rear bedroom , including a new rear window and the reconfiguration of the existing return bedroom and bathroom spaces . Works are also proposed at ground floor level , including the reconfiguration of the existing utlity and bathroom areas .
