We, Black Sheep Investments Limited, intend to apply for Permission for development at this site: 1-2 Chamber Street, at the junction with Ardee Street and Chamber Street, Dublin 8, D08 H3K5. The development will consists of: (i) Demolition of non-original extension of the existing public house, the Ardee House; (ii) Part-demolition of the existing original fabric of public house structure, with the selective retention of external façades; (iii) Construction of a part six-storey mixed-use development to contain: (a) 14 no. Apartments (4 no.
