The proposed development consists of the refurbishment, extension (total of 53.35 sq.m) and change of use of the vacant 2 no. interlinked existing buildings on site (most recently in use as a Youth/Social Club) to 5 no. residential apartments comprising of 1 no. one bed apartment, 3 no. two bed apartments, and 1 no. 3 bed apartment. All apartments will be accommodated within the existing fabric of the existing buildings.
