1. An extension to the existing depot to provide two new LUAS maintenance lanes (Nos. 7 and 8) at lower ground floor level. 2. Extension of existing maintenance lanes 3 and 4 at lower ground floor level. 3. A first-floor extension to accommodate a Central Control Room (CCR), including associated escape stairs and lift. 4. Installation of solar panels on both the new and existing roof areas. 5. Provision of a new ESB substation. 6. All associated site development and ancillary works.
