Permission for development Unit 9, Sancton Wood Building,.Heuston South Quarter, Military Road, Kilmainham DO8 TK88 The proposed development comprises the construction of a new extended mezzanine level (at ground level) to provide additional floorspace (extended by approximately 161.4sq.m) in connection with the existing gymnasium use permitted under DCC Planning Ref. 2551/15. The layout of the proposed mezzanine floorspace will integrate with the existing office floorspace permitted under DCC Planning Ref. 2336/18 but in a reconfigured manner to include a change of use of permitted office space to an ancillary canteen in connection with the gymnasium. The proposed development includes all associated/ancillary works and connection to services.
