The modification of the site entrance on the northern boundary, including the replacement of the existing gates with new wider gates and associated changes to the carriageway and perimeter security fencing. The construction of a new, single storey security building and the construction of a new vehicular security enclosure with new security fencing and a second set of matching inner gates. The rearrangement of the two existing accessible parking spaces and the relocation of 7 car parking spaces to the southern boundary of the site, retaining 24 car parking spaces on the site overall as per PP SD17A/0448. Relocating the existing bicycle shelter and all associated ancillary site works. The total area of the proposed new security building is 50.75 sqm.
