The development will consist of: (i) the removal of an existing single-storey rear extension and construction of a new single-storey rear extension maintaining existing size of private open-space/courtyard with modified layout; (ii) attic conversion to habitable room with rear dormer roof constructed below existing ridge line and reduction in ground floor level; (iii) renovation and alterations to the existing building including all associated ancillary site works.
