The development will consist of amendments to previously granted planning permission, reference SD16A/0029, for the addition of a second floor to the southwest wing of Holy Family Community School, comprising of nine additional full-sized classrooms and ancillary accommodation, and minor modifications to the first floor, providing an additional gross floor area of 941.4sq.m. Extension of the ground floor of the southwest wing to incorporate two additional special needs classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation, providing an additional gross floor area of 163.9 sq.m. The total additional area will be 1105.3 sqm. Provision of an entrance ramp and steps onto Kilteel Road to accommodate revised site levels, together with minor amendments to associated site works, landscaping, and hard play areas.
