The proposed development comprises of an amalgamation of Retail Unit 1 (613 sq.m) and Retail Unit 2 (176 sq.m) at ground floor level to provide a single amalgamated retail unit with a floorspace of approximately 789 sq.m through the removal of an internal partition wall that separates the two units. All works required to facilitate the proposed amalgamation comprise solely of internal alterations and will not result in any external alterations to the existing / permitted building.
