To (i) Increase the ridge height of the existing roof by 640mm enabling the conversion of the existing attic space to first floor habitable accommodation. (ii) To demolish the existing chimney, strip back and replace the existing slate roof and fit 2 Nr. rooflights to the front roof elevation. (iii) To build a first floor flat roof extension to the rear, (iv) To fit wrap around rigid insulation to the exterior walls. (v) All the associated internal and external site and drainage works.
