The provision of External Wall Insulation (EWI) to the existing brick-finished elevations of the dwelling. The works involve the application of an EPS insulation board system finished with a high-quality breathable acrylic render to match the existing rendered sections of the estate. The development is intended to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope as part of a deep retrofit. All works are to be contained within the existing curtilage of the site.
