The removal of an existing single storey shed (in ruins). 3. Provision of carparking including ducting to all spaces for future EV charging points. 4. Provision of a public open space area (including a play area), private open space areas, bicycle parking, footpaths, public lighting, ESB Sub station, landscaping, groundworks and revised boundary treatments. 5. Provision of new vehicular and pedestrian entrance onto Lake Road (R351). 6. Provision for raised traffic calming measures along the Lake Road (R351). 7.
