We , Brendan and Carol Quinn, seek to apply for Planning Permission at No. 3 Lakelands park, Terenure, Dublin 6W, D6W RH94. The development will consist of: (i) Removal of the existing rear conservatory and the construction of a new single-storey rear extension with minor internal alterations and reconfiguration of the existing ground and first-floor layouts. (ii) Enhancements to the front façade, including new window surrounds, string course and an entrance canopy over the front entrance door. (iii) The provision of a new pedestrian entrance gate and the widening of the existing vehicular entrances, including an increase in the height of the boundary wall with new railings proposed.
