CHANGE OF USE: The development will consist of the change of use of the ground floor and first floor only of the existing office premises to provide up to 7 no. appointment-based medical consultation suites, including ancillary reception/waiting area, staff welfare facilities, WC facilities, storage, associated internal alterations and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed use. The second floor of the building is to remain in its existing office use and does not form part of the proposed change of use.
