Retention of change of use of an existing ground floor commercial retail unit (59.5m2) to residential use previously approved under Planning Application No. 2181/19 and Grant Order No. P3055, and retention of ground floor windows in current location to front elevation, and planning permission for removal of existing render band, to be reinstated with red brick to front elevation, replacement of existing ground floor windows with shallow arch topped PVC windows to front elevation, and replacement of existing white PVC meter cupboard to side elevation with new grey graphite coloured meter cupboard all at ground floor level.
