Permission for the following works at existing sessional childcare facility at Ballyneety, Shournagh Road, Boolypatrick, Blarney, Cork, T23TY75: (1) Removal of existing utility shed attached to existing store-and-half stand-alone building (used as sessional pre-school service at ground floor level), (2) Construction of new storey-and half extension to same, to comprise new stairwell to access the existing first-floor, currently used as storage space, and to be converted into staff quarters, and construction of new laundry room at ground floor level; (3) Removal of existing container located to the north west of the site; (4) Construction of new ancillary single-storey storage shed; (5) All associated site works.
