Include also for alterations to front of restaurant, to allow for relocated ATM machine and serve over hatch, with small illuminated sign. To convert the First & Second Floors of the building to student accommodation, Inc a ground floor entrance hallway off Talbot St. Student Accommodation to provide for 10 No student En Suit Bedrooms, including 2 No common rooms, 2 No external terraces and 2 No common Kitchen areas.
