Permission for change of use of existing first-floor retail area at Paul Street Shopping Centre to food court area which will include the following; 4 no. new food kiosks and kitchen areas, 1 no. movable food kiosk, staff WC, dining areas, removal of existing glazed balcony wall and replacement with partition and toughened glass on top, installation of an exterior horizontal extraction system over Paul's Lane (eastern elevation) to be connected into existing vertical extraction unit on the northern elevation between the food court area and the existing car park with connection's into existing public services on site.
