Planning permission for alterations to previously approved plans (Reg Ref 4473/22) to now include for increased area and altered layouts to single storey and part two storey extensions to the rear. The increase in area is from 77 sq m to 100 sq. m. on the ground floor and from 4.5 to 12 sq m on the first floor. No alterations to previously approved plans are proposed at the front of the house.
